QuickTools Account and Cloud Data Deletion

QuickTools supports optional Google Sign-In for Password Backup and Cloud Sync. Most tools can be used without signing in.

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest method to delete your QuickTools account and cloud data.

  1. Open QuickTools.
  2. Go to the Account page.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the deletion information carefully.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm.
  6. Tap Confirm Delete and complete Google reauthentication if asked.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access QuickTools or already uninstalled it, you can request account and cloud data deletion by email.

Please send the email from the same Google account email used to sign in to QuickTools.

  • App name: QuickTools
  • Google account email used in QuickTools: <Enter your email address>
  • Clear request: "Please delete my QuickTools account and cloud data"
  • Optional: reason for deletion

For your security, deletion requests must be sent from the same Google account email used to sign in to QuickTools. Requests from a different email address may not be processed.

We will process verified deletion requests within 5 to 7 business days.

Important safety note

  • Do not send your saved passwords.
  • Do not send your Cloud Backup Password.
  • Do not send OTPs, phone passwords, or any private passwords.
  • Codex12dev will never ask for your passwords.

What data will be deleted

  • QuickTools account linked to your Google sign-in
  • Cloud password backup data
  • Cloud Trash data
  • Cloud data linked to your QuickTools account

What data cannot be deleted remotely

Local-only passwords stored only on your device cannot be deleted remotely by Codex12dev.

Tasks or notes stored only on your device also cannot be deleted remotely.

To remove local-only data from your device, you can delete it inside the app, clear app storage, or uninstall QuickTools.
